This scenic large outdoor sand ring is well maintained. At one end the cedar shingled gazebo separates it from the aerated grass ring. View both rings while sitting under wonderful shady trees. Another place to film a sales video, practice your dressage or have a lesson or clinic.

Indoor Arena 85’ x 210’
It is a steel framed insulated riding arena with a fully glazed end wall providing lots of light. The dust-free footing is well maintained. There is a raised seating area the width of the arena.
This is a regulation size arena with a sound system ideal to practice a Kur or maybe use to film that special sales horse. Also great for a clinics or a ship-ins with a coach.

HollyOaks has a sound system which operates in the barn/arena/viewing and tack rooms. There is a portable and wireless microphone.
Lounge/Viewing Room
This area offers a raised viewing lounge which is heated and air-conditioned with a fully glazed wall over-looking the indoor arena. It contains a gas fire place which sets a cozy ambiance while sitting in the comfortable leather chairs or eating and chatting at the table or breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully fitted along with a commercial coffee maker.
The viewing room is open to the tackroom below which contains a sink area (to clean tack) and another counter area. There is also a shower/powder room.
Both areas contain a HollyOaks sound system.

Stall Rental for Clinics/ Shows
The barn has a humidity controlled environment, excellent ventilation provided from a lofty building design, ceiling fans and extractor fans. Twelve foot isles. Distinfected stall have soft stall matting for comfort and hygiene.
Automatic cold water drinker.
Feed bucket (removable).
Casting rails.
Stall front opening window.
12’ x 12’ washstall with hot and cold water.

Lunging Arena 60’ x 60’
It is an timber framed arena which is connected to the main arena through an enclosed breezeway. The dust free footing is well maintained.
