Equestrian Full Board Services
HollyOaks has excellent ventilation with humidity extractors and ceiling fans. There are ceiling night lights. In the winter barn heaters are thermostatically set to prevent freezing and maintain a constant temperature.The 12ft aisles make it easy to pass along with a horse even when other horses have their heads out of their stalls. HollyOaks has a relaxed atmosphere with music filling the air. Most stalls have a window with mosquito netting and can open up or down for maximum comfort.
Full Board
- 12ft x 12ft stall containing casting rails, removable feed bucket, soft stall matting, automatic drinker, front aisle opening stall window.
- Shavings - (1/2 bag added daily).
- Organic Hay - (up to 4X per day).
- Feed Program - (Feed room is heated and air-conditioned ).
- Turnout - 2 all-weather paddocks
- 20 grass paddocks which are aerated and harrowed twice a year. Cut for weed control.
- Horses will have their boots and blankets put on and removed.
- Individual blanket rack.
- 4 wash/ grooming stalls with hot and cold water. Over head heater.
- Towels for drying horses after washing.
- Laundry Room – saddle pads and polo’s washed and dried.
- Tack cleaning area with sink and hot and cold water.
- Show trunk storage.
- Arena’s (harrowed daily).
- Out-door rings (sand and grass) and extensive hacking trails.
- $1000 per month
For the Client
- Heated and air conditioned client areas.
- Personal large secure locker (saddle and bridle racks)
- Security -alarmed tack and viewing room, electric gates, security cameras.
- Shower/powder room . Fresh clean towels are available.
- Full use of fully fitted kitchen with coffee, tea and chilled drinking water.
- Clients can organise their own Vet and Farrier and Coach.
- High Speed Wireless Internet
